Q1:
Why do I need a powder remover?
A
Printed paper often has spray powder residue, which can cause “snowflakes” on the laminated surface. Our dual-stage powder remover (scraper + heated roller) thoroughly removes the powder, giving you a crystal-clear finish.
Q2:
Can the sheet separator automatically handle different paper sizes?
A
Yes. The automatic sheet separator cuts and stacks BOPP-laminated sheets with adjustable slitting length. It supports paper sizes up to 1000×1150 mm at speeds up to 80 m/min.
Q3:
Do I need both automatic feeder and stacker?
A
Not necessarily, but together they maximize productivity. The feeder reduces manual feeding labor, and the stacker with three-direction blow-and-pat alignment perfectly stacks finished sheets — ideal for high-volume production lines.
