Automatic Vertical Laminating Machine with Disc Cutter

The QLFM-1100A is a fully automatic vertical laminating machine developed for sheet-fed paper lamination with BOPP and OPP film. Its standard disc cutting and pneumatic separation system provides efficient sheet separation after lamination, making the machine suitable for books, cartons, commercial printing and general packaging applications.

During production, the automatic feeder delivers paper into the laminating section while the film unwinding and tension control system maintains stable film alignment. For adhesive lamination, glue is applied to the film and dried through the large drying cylinder and hot-air circulation system. For thermal film production, the heated laminating roller activates the pre-coated adhesive before the film is bonded to the paper under controlled pressure.

After lamination, the disc cutter separates the continuous film between sheets, and the automatic stacker counts, aligns and collects the finished paper. The complete line is managed through PLC control and a touchscreen interface, supporting production speeds up to 100 m/min.

The standard disc cutter is best suited to BOPP and OPP film. For PET, metalized film, thin foil or other difficult-to-separate materials, buyers should compare the QLFM-1100B chain knife or QLFM-1100D hot knife configuration.
