Introduction

  The SLFM-1100 is a semi automatic vertical laminating machine developed for printing houses and packaging manufacturers requiring stable film lamination with simple operation and reliable production performance.

The machine supports water-based glue lamination and thermal film lamination processes. The large diameter heating roller, hot air circulation system and hydraulic pressure system provide consistent bonding quality across different paper and film combinations.

Equipped with servo-controlled sheet positioning, air shaft film loading and intelligent tension control, the SLFM-1100 helps maintain accurate film alignment and stable production during continuous operation.

Compared with fully automatic laminating machines, the SLFM-1100 provides a more economical solution for customers who need industrial laminating capability with lower investment and easier operation.

Functions & Features
  • Drying And Heating System: Adopt a 600mm diameter large heating roller equipped with a built-in Oil Conduction Heating System and Hot Air Cycle System, which can realize high-speed booting and heating, and can save much power consumption.
  • High Accuracy Lap Control: Servo-controlled lap within ±2mm, high accuracy front lay and pneumatic side lay regulator ensure accurate and stable position.
  • Automatic Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system automatically provides stable and large pressure to ensure high-quality lamination.
  • Man-machine Interface System: Equipped with a color touch screen, easy and convenient to operate. The operator can view the machine's working status at any time from the touch screen.
  • Air Shaft and Tension Control System: Adopt an air shaft, easy to load film, accurate film position by the graduation of the air shaft. At the same time, the intelligent tension system makes it easy to control the tension of the film, increasing the laminating performance.
  • Slitting System: Equipped with a double cutter, coordinated with pneumatic pull and separating device, can slit BOPP and OPP film perfectly.

Don't worry, of course we have. All the machines have been adjusted and tested well in our workshop. But if you require, our engineer will come to your factory for technical support. You just pay for the VISA, round air tickets, salary of 80 USD/day, and provide food and accommodation upon final confirmation.
