ZWFM-1100B
ZWFM-1100B is an automatic thermal laminating machine designed for printing and packaging manufacturers requiring flexible film processing capability. Compared with standard disc knife models, it integrates both disc knife and chain knife slitting systems to handle a wider range of laminated materials.
The machine supports pre-coated thermal film lamination without additional adhesive application. The electromagnetic heating roller provides rapid heating and stable temperature control, while the automatic feeding, sheet positioning and stacking systems improve production efficiency during continuous operation.
The disc knife system is suitable for conventional BOPP and OPP thermal films. The chain knife system provides enhanced separation performance for PET, PVC, metalized films and other materials requiring more flexible cutting solutions.
With hot powder cleaning, PLC control and automatic paper collection, ZWFM-1100B provides a reliable production solution for commercial printing, packaging and specialty film lamination applications.
