The QLFM-1100C is a fully automatic vertical laminating and embossing machine developed for premium sheet-fed printing and packaging applications. It combines hot powder cleaning, film lamination, chain knife sheet separation, embossing and automatic stacking in one integrated production line.
Before lamination, the hot powder cleaning unit removes loose spray powder and surface contamination from printed sheets. This helps create a cleaner contact surface for adhesive or thermal film bonding and supports more consistent appearance across the finished sheet.
During production, the automatic feeder delivers paper continuously into the laminating section. The film unwinding and tension control system maintains stable film alignment, while electromagnetic heating and hot-air circulation provide controlled heating and drying for water-based adhesive, oil-based adhesive and thermal film applications. Hydraulic pressure then bonds the film evenly to the paper surface.
After lamination, the chain knife cutting system separates BOPP, PVC, PET, metalized film and selected specialty materials between sheets. The integrated embossing unit can then form decorative textures, patterns or characters on the laminated surface, adding tactile and visual effects for book covers, gift boxes, premium cartons, labels and other high-value printed products.
Finished sheets are counted, aligned and collected by the automatic stacker. PLC control and a touchscreen interface allow operators to monitor feeding, cleaning, heating, tension, lamination, cutting, embossing and delivery from one control platform, supporting production speeds up to 100 m/min.
