QLFM-1100B

The QLFM-1100B is a fully automatic vertical laminating machine designed for sheet-fed printing and packaging production that requires compatibility with both conventional and specialty films. It supports water-based adhesive, oil-based adhesive and thermal film processes, making it suitable for production environments with varied lamination requirements.
Its dual cutting system combines a disc knife and a servo-controlled chain knife. The disc knife is suited to conventional BOPP and OPP film, while the chain knife provides more reliable separation for PET, PVC, metalized film, thin foil and other materials that are more difficult to cut after lamination. This allows users to process a wider range of jobs without relying on separate laminating lines.
During production, the automatic feeder delivers paper continuously into the laminating section. The film unwinding and tension control system maintains stable alignment, while the electromagnetic heating roller and hot-air circulation system provide controlled heating and drying. After the film is bonded to the paper under hydraulic pressure, the selected cutting system separates the continuous film between sheets.
Finished sheets are counted, aligned and collected by the automatic stacker without stopping the main line. PLC control and a touchscreen interface allow the operator to monitor feeding, heating, tension, cutting and delivery from one control platform, supporting speeds up to 100 m/min.
The QLFM-1100B is recommended for printers and packaging converters that regularly switch between BOPP, PET, PVC, metalized film and other specialty materials. For production focused mainly on BOPP and OPP, the QLFM-1100A disc-cutter model may provide a more economical configuration. For applications requiring hot-knife separation, the QLFM-1100D should be considered.
