QLFM-1100D

The QLFM-1100D is a fully automatic vertical laminating machine developed for sheet-fed printing and packaging applications that require reliable separation of PET, PVC, metalized film and other specialty materials. It combines a standard disc knife with a temperature-controlled hot knife cutting system, allowing operators to select the separation method according to film structure and production requirements.
During production, the automatic feeder delivers paper continuously into the laminating section. The film unwinding and tension control system maintains stable alignment, while water-based adhesive, oil-based adhesive or thermal film can be used according to the required lamination process. The large drying cylinder, electromagnetic heating roller and hot-air circulation system provide controlled heating and drying before the film is bonded to the paper under hydraulic pressure.
After lamination, the disc knife handles conventional BOPP and OPP applications, while the hot knife uses controlled heat to separate PET, PVC, metalized film and selected specialty materials. Under suitable temperature, speed and film settings, the hot knife helps reduce incomplete separation and visible film tails between finished sheets.
The automatic stacker then counts, aligns and collects the laminated sheets without stopping the main line. PLC control and a touchscreen interface allow operators to monitor feeding, heating, tension, lamination, cutting and delivery from one control platform, supporting production speeds up to 100 m/min.
