Introduction

SZFM-1200 is an automatic waterbased cold laminating machine developed for printing and packaging manufacturers requiring reliable sheet lamination with water-based adhesive.

Unlike thermal lamination processes, this machine uses water-based glue coating technology to bond films with printed sheets, making it suitable for applications where flexible material selection and environmental considerations are important.

The machine integrates automatic feeding, immersion coating, film lamination and roll rewinding functions. The stable coating system helps maintain uniform adhesive application, while the automatic control system improves production efficiency and operation convenience.

An optional window lamination function is available for packaging applications requiring transparent film areas or special visual effects.

Functions & Features
  • Automatic High Speed Feeder: Adopt a high-speed pneumatic offset feeder, speed up to 100m/min. The pre-stacking system can realize non-stop feeding, obviously improving work efficiency.
  • High Accuracy Lap Control: Servo-controlled lap within ±2mm, synchronizes with feeder, high accuracy front lay and pneumatic side lay regulator ensure accurate and stable position.
  • Automatic Shutdown Protection System: Equipped with photoelectrically controlled automatic shutdown protection devices, in case of paper shortage, paper broken and paper overlap.
  • Immerging Coating System: Adopts the immerging coating method, which can save glue consumption and is easy to control the coating amount.
  • Heating Lamps: Equipped with heating lamps, ensure that the machine can work in cold weather.
  • Perforation Knife: Equipped with a high-accuracy perforation knife, cooperate with our pneumatic differential pull and separating device to cut sheets perfectly.
  • Rewind to Roll: After lamination, the sheets are rewound to a roll to dry the glue and prepare for cutting.
  • Anti-curvature Delivery Platform: Especially designed for thin paper to avoid paper curvature.

Standard Equipment:
  • Adopt an automatic printing feeder for feeding paper, which improves production efficiency.
  • Adopt a high-precision front gauge and side gauge to make the paper align automatically and improve the laminating accuracy.
  • The overlaps between sheets can be adjusted to ensure the laminating accuracy.
  • Adopt the immersion coating and gluing method, which is easy to operate, makes the coating more uniform, and saves glue.
  • Equipped with a high-precision automatic perforation device.
  • Equipped with a paper counter, paper shortage shutdown protection, and an automatic glue filling system.
  • The paper is transported by feeder suction throughout the whole process without skew.

You just pay for the VISA, round air tickets, salary of 100 USD/day, and provide food and accommodation upon final confirmation.
