Introduction

JTFM-1100 is an automatic roll-to-roll laminating machine developed for continuous lamination of paper rolls and flexible film materials.

The machine supports water-based glue, oil-based glue and thermal film lamination processes, allowing manufacturers to select suitable solutions according to production requirements.

With PLC centralized control, automatic tension management, edge correction and integrated unwinding and rewinding systems, JTFM-1100 provides stable operation and consistent laminating quality for industrial production.

Functions & Features
  • Automatic High Speed Unwinder: Adopt shaftless clamping, hydraulic lifting structure, tension controlled by air brake automatically/manually. Max. Unwinding diameter up to 1300mm.
  • High Accuracy Edge/Line Correction System: Equipped with Ultrasonic Edge Correction Sensor and upmarket Edge/Line Position Controller, Photoelectric Tracking/ Stroke ±75mm, which can keep the edge of the roller aligned when unwinding and winding.
  • Automatic Shutdown Protection System: Equipped with photoelectrically controlled automatic shutdown protection devices, in case of paper shortage, paper breakage, and paper jamming.
  • Drying And Heating System: The 800mm diameter large heating roller equipped with an electromagnetic heating device, at the same time supported by the Hot Air Cycle System, can realize high speed booting and heating in 5~10 minutes, 2 times faster than traditional oil heating device meanwhile save much power consumption.
  • Automatic Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system automatically provides stable and large pressure to ensure high-quality lamination.
  • Man-machine Interface System: Equipped with a 10-inch color touch screen, easy and convenient to operate. The operator can view the machine’s working status at any time from the touch screen.
  • Air Shaft and Tension Control System: Adopt an air shaft, easy to load film and paper roll, accurate position by the graduation of the air shaft. At the same time, the intelligent tension system easily controls the tension of film and paper, increasing laminating performance.
  • Rewinding System: AC vector frequency conversion control, matched with the unwinding system, the paper roll lift is driven by a double hydro-cylinder with a torque adjustment system. Mirror pressing roller ensures that the paper roll is rewound tightly. Max. Unwinding diameter up to 1300mm.

Don't worry, of course we have. All the machines have been adjusted and tested well in our workshop. But if you require, our engineer will come to your factory for technical support. You just pay for the VISA, round air tickets, salary of 100 USD/day, and provide food and accommodation upon final confirmation.
